• Master Mariner (FG)<br>• Sailing experience on tankers in senior capacity along with minimum 02 years of shore experience in commercial division of a reputable Tanker Owning Company / Tanker Commercial Operators / Commercial Management Company with direct role in handling tanker pre/post fixture activities.<br>OR<br>• Master's degree in relevant discipline from HEC recognized institute.<br>• Minimum 06 years of shore experience in commercial division of reputed Tanker Owning Company / Tanker Commercial Operators / Commercial Management Company with direct role in handling tanker pre/post fixture activities.<br>• Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification / experience:<br> • Ship Command Experience<br> • MLC Qualification |

• B.E. (Civil) from HEC recognized university.<br>• Master's degree from HEC recognized university will be an added advantage.<br>• Minimum 07 – 10 years of relevant experience in executing and/or supervising civil works contracts of which 5 years should be in Commercial Buildings.<br>• Experience of construction management / design development / contracts management and finishing for commercial buildings is preferred.<br>• Candidate will be given to candidate having experience of:<br> • Supervising and managing construction contracts for multistory commercial buildings or large construction projects.<br> • Development of specifications of multistoried buildings or large construction projects.<br> • Preparing contract documents including preparation of BOQs, detailed designs, specifications etc.<br> • Prior experience of working in public sector organizations.<br> • PEC Regulations and Procurement Rules. |
