Key Duties: <br> • To supervise, monitor and operate the complex through SCADA reliably and efficiently under the direct supervision of Shift Charge Engineer and through prudent utility practice. <br> • To assist Shift Charge Engineer in maintaining close liaison with NPCC/RCC/NTDC and Grid Operators regarding switching operations and plant status. <br> Eligibility Criteria: <br> • BSc in Electrical / Mechanical/ Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. <br> • Minimum 02 years of experience as Shift Engineer in operation section of Power Plant (Hydro or Thermal). <br> • Should have excellent knowledge of plant systems including generators, turbines, GIS, Power Transformers, EDGs and other associated plant auxiliaries through Auto and Manual Operation. <br> • Should have experience to control plant operation through SCADA, record data, declaration of DAC / RDAC and PTW. <br> • Should be well aware of safety protocols and SOPs (LOTO procedures etc.). |
