Request for Expression of Interest (REOI)
The Sindh Human Capital Investment 1000 Days Integrated Health & Population Program, under the Government of Sindh's PC-I approved in 2017, is being implemented with financial assistance from the World Bank at an approved cost of US$200 million. This project aims to improve maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health and nutrition services (MNCAHN) and address population growth. It focuses on continuity of care and empowering women, integrating nutrition, family planning, and early childhood development services within the health system. The project also includes strengthening the Health Management Information System (HMIS) and implementing a robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system under the Project Management Unit (PMU) of SHIPP. The following positions are required for the PMU and District Project Implementation Units (DPIUs) across Sindh. Eligible candidates must meet the required qualifications, experience, and other criteria for the positions.

Expertise in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of GIS is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. |

Master's degree in Statistics/Public Health/Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in M&E, preferably in the health sector. Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks and processes. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R). Experience in designing and implementing surveys and data collection tools. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. |

Admin & HR Officer (PPS-07) |
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/HRM or equivalent from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 01 year of experience in administration or HR, preferably in a project setting. Knowledge of administrative procedures and HR policies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. |
