How to Apply?
- Candidates for the posts are required to submit, three (03) sets for the posts of Assistant Professors, Lecturers and (02) complete sets of applications for non-teaching posts on the prescribed Form along with attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts and certificates with Research Work / Publications.
- In all cases, statement of experience must be supported by certificates. One photograph for each set and a Pay Order / Demand Draft, issued in favor of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan or an original bank challan/online deposits slip paid in Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan Account No. 0010044238650022 (Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch) amounting to Rs. 3,000/- for the posts of BPS-17 & above, Rs. 1000/- for the posts BPS-5 to 16 and Rs. 500/- for the posts below BPS-5.
- (iii) Candidates already employed in any Government or other organization should submit their applications through proper channel. Advance copies may, however, be sent to save time. The requisite No Objection Certificate (N.O.C) from present employer must reach the office of the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of applications or on the date of interview, failing which such candidates will not be allowed to appear for interview.
- (iv) All Government employees who intend to apply for any post through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of their attached departments that there is no pending inquiry/outstanding dues against them. Moreover, there is no adverse remarks in any of their Annual Confidential Reports. These candidates are necessary for grant of Departmental Permission Certificate/No Objection Certificate (N.O.C). The ACRS grading for the last five years may also be recorded in the forwarding letter.
- Candidate applying for various post/s should apply separately and clearly mention the Post & Department. Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or can also be downloaded from Ghazi University website: (www.gudak.edu.pk). (vi) Candidates applying for more than one posts shall submit separate application form(s) along with separate application fee. viii. The University reserves the rights:
- Not to fill/withdraw any advertised post/withhold the appointment against any post, without assigning any reason, thereof or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post advertised.
- To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview.
- (iii) To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of funds.
- (iv) The University is not responsible if call letters arc not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic Message & call. Applications will be received only through registered mail/courier etc. By hand application will not be accepted, however, Ghazi University employees willing to apply are directed to submit their application through proper channel.
- Applicants are directed to clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope. The applications complete in all respects must reach the office of the Registrar on and before the due date. Incomplete applications, applications not on prescribed form or applications received after the due date will not be entertained even though posted before the last date.
- Last date for submission of the application for all the posts is 23-06-2023 during office hours i.e. 9:00 am. to 5.00 pm.
