Terms and Conditions / Important Instructions:
- Application form fee for Junior Clerk post is Rs. 250/-, while for Naib Qasid and Class Four posts, the fee is Rs. 100/-, which is non-refundable.
- Application forms can be obtained and submitted during office hours from the Admin Branch, Central Police Office, Gulistan Road, Quetta.
- The last date for submission of application forms is 20-08-2025.
- Only applications from candidates possessing the required educational qualifications and certificates/experience in the relevant field will be accepted.
- It is mandatory to attach two passport-sized photographs, attested copies of CNIC, Local/Domicile, and necessary documents required for the respective post (educational certificates, IT certificates, computer diploma, etc.) with the application form.
- Candidates applying for more than one post are required to submit separate application forms for each.
- Incomplete applications and those with unattested copies of documents will not be considered.
- Government employees can submit their applications through their department with an NOC.
- The age limit is 18 to 28 years, however, relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per the policy approved by the Government of Balochistan.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the advertised posts.
- Practical tests for candidates applying for Grade 01 posts will be conducted in the relevant field, followed by an interview for selection.
- Candidates appointed to the respective posts will be stationed in CPO Office Quetta and no request for transfer/attachment will be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for tests/interviews.
- Original CNIC and other original documents must be brought on the day of the interview.
