- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's professional degree MBBS, BDS (valid PMDC registration) or Post Graduate degree in Health Sciences (16 years education) recognized by HEC for non-doctors. <br> - 05 years of experience in hospital administration or quality assurance. Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards (e.g. MSDS, infection control protocols, patient safety, waste management, etc.). Experience in conducting assessments, complaint redressal, monitoring & evaluation, audits or inspections in healthcare facilities. Knowledge of handling non-compliance cases and recommending corrective actions. |
- Verify compliance with licensing conditions and operational standards during inspections. <br> - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, investigations, and follow-up actions. <br> - Identify instances of substandard practices or deviations from approved guidelines and collect evidence/document related to non-compliance. <br> - Support public awareness campaigns to highlight the dangers of quackery. <br> - Communicate with healthcare providers to explain licensing requirements and inspection processes. <br> - Conduct field-level enforcement actions against unauthorized or unregistered healthcare providers and quackery outlets in accordance with the Balochistan Healthcare Commission Act, 2019. This includes identifying, documenting, reporting, and supporting the closure/sealing of premises involved in medical or health quackery. |

Terms & Conditions:-
i) Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria must submit their application in person (Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM-4:30 PM), at the provincial head office of BHCC, House # 15, 2nd Lane, Phase – 3, Shehbaz Town, Quetta.
ii) Your application shall include a cover letter, CV/Resume, 3 x recent passport size photographs, attested copy of CNIC, local/domicile, educational documents and experience certificates.
iii) These appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for a period of one (01) year (extendable subject to operational needs).
iv) Preference shall be given to Local/domicile of the province.
v) Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
vi) Candidates already in Private/Government Service should apply through proper channel with departmental NOCs. Application without departmental NOC will not be accepted.
vii) Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
viii) No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
ix) The competent authority (BHCC) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without any reason.
x) The last date of submission of applications is Friday 15th August 2025 (COB). No applications will be accepted after the due date and time.
